The travel reduction reduces the amount of pushrod plunge and oil that is required to fill the inside of the lifter which reduces oil aeration inside the lifter on steep; fast action high lift camshaft lobes. Kit include all to give your bottom end a fresh start. Oil pump; cam plate; lifter assembly / tappet assembly and gasket set. Great upgrade and a perfect base when installing a set of performance cams. Includes gasket kit 566126; Race Series Short Travel lifter set 707364; Race Series oil pump 707384 & red anodized cam plate 566081. Note: Gear drive camshafts require separate purchase of block off plates part 566113.
