Description & Size Guide

The RFX Pro Series F7 Taper Bars are engineered and tested to meet the demands of the highest level of performance.

Crafted from 7075-T6 aluminium, these bars feature Oversize Taper Extension (OTE) for exceptional strength and crash resistance. Engineered Flex Technology (EFT) and Progressive Damping Control (PDC) provide optimal flex and vibration reduction, minimising rider fatigue and enhancing comfort.

  • OTE: The central oversize section (28.6mm) extends beyond the final bend, reinforcing the bar's weakest point. With a consistent 4mm wall thickness, even through bends, the F7 bars achieve remarkable strength while remaining lightweight.
  • EFT: A carefully calibrated 4mm inner wall thickness through the rise and taper area reduces jarring from impacts while maintaining precise front-end feel.
  • PDC: A 5mm wall thickness in the grip area dampens vibration, balancing the effects for modern high-performance four-stroke motocross bikes.

Product Features:

  • Made from 7075 aerospace aluminium construction
  • T6 heat treated to increase tensile strength
  • Shot peened finish to prevent surface stress fractures and increase bar life
  • Knurled grip area to help prevent grips slipping & twisting
  • Polished throttle area to give a smoother throttle action
  • Laser etched alignment grid for the perfect setup
  • Colour anodised to prevent corrosion
  • Includes a high-density foam pad with a hard wearing PVC cover
  • Available in a variety of bends to suit most racers
