Pirelli Mousses are specialised rubber foam inserts designed to replace traditional inner tubes in off-road tyres, offering enhanced performance and reliability for motocross and enduro competitions. By preventing flat tyres in challenging terrain, these mousses not only improve durability but also provide dynamic properties that make off-road racing faster, more efficient, and less demanding.

When fitted, Pirelli Mousses simulate an inflation pressure of approximately 0.7 bar ±0.1, significantly lower than the pressures recommended for on-road use. As such, they are marked NHS (Not for Highway Service) and must not be used on public roads. Proper suspension adjustments are essential when racing with mousses to optimise performance.

Available in sizes ranging from 12” to 21”, Pirelli Mousses require the use of Pirelli Mousse Gel during installation. This lubricant must be thoroughly applied inside the tyre, ensuring even coverage while avoiding the beads for correct fitting and longevity. Designed to meet the demands of competitive off-road riders, Pirelli Mousses are a reliable solution for tackling tough terrains.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: In an instance where we have sent the wrong product by mistake or it has arrived damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt by calling us on 01455 221 820. In these cases, we will arrange for the courier to collect the goods.

Refunds - Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 days of items coming back to us.

Exchange - Normally exchanges are completed within 1-2 working days but we will always let you know of a delay. For exchanges we do not charge again for shipping.
