Description & Size Guide

Signature Series 2 Inch Belt Drive Kit Plain Design For 90-06 Softail (NU)

Polished, plain design. The narrow BDL Signature Series drives are made using a one-piece billet motor plate and a one-piece billet cover. This provides a slim drive, without the massive bulk of a wider drive. A clutch was developed which features a new design balls assist bearing lock-up Aramid clutch, it even offers 30% more contact than the proven 3" BDL drive. The new design allows a quieter ride, excellent clutch engagement and a strong grip on torque. Comes with a 2" wide reinforced belt and a 69-48 drive ratio. Note: See 506884 for the replacement 140t. 2", 8mm belt.
