Down-N-Out' Stretched Fender Kit 1 Cut-Out For 97-08 Touring (NU)

Single muffler cut-out. A direct replacement for FLT/Touring models. This super stretched fender is designed to work and flow with the Ness Down-n-Out saddlebags. Constructed from high quality composite material and oven cured over a wide heat range to ensure stability. Primed with a high quality polyester sanding primer and ready to paint. Note: Kit includes a billet Ness LED license/taillight assembly with turn signals that mount in the recessed area of the fender. Also included are exhaust extensions, chrome heat shields, hidden steel fender support brackets and a flexible hidden antenna.
